When you reach out through our consumer, retailer, or distributor enquiry forms, we ask only for what's needed to respond properly:
- Your name, email address, and nearest city (consumer enquiries)
- Business or company name, contact person, phone number, store location or region, and estimated order volume (retailer and distributor enquiries)
- Whatever message you write us
We don't collect payment details, account passwords, or checkout data — Cropcy doesn't process purchases through this site; every enquiry goes to our team directly.
How we use your information
We use the details you share to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right team — consumer, retail, or distribution — and keep a record so you don't have to repeat yourself if we speak again. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
Third-party services
Our enquiry form is delivered using EmailJS, a third-party service that sends your submitted form fields from our website straight to our inbox — it does not store or use that information for any purpose beyond that delivery. Our Instagram and Facebook links take you to platforms with their own separate privacy practices, which are outside our control.
Cookies
This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser may still set small technical cookies needed for basic functionality, such as remembering form entries mid-session — we don't use these to build profiles or track you across other sites.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a reasonable business record, then remove them. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it.
